The 2026 Hope Continues 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk marks the 10th year of this inspiring annual event, formerly known as the Tupelo Breast Cancer Awareness Run.

One hundred percent of the proceeds will remain in the 16 counties of Northeast Mississippi, helping provide vital breast cancer screenings and support services for individuals affected by the disease.

Thanks to the generosity of our participants, sponsors, and donors, last year’s event raised more than $35,000. This year, we invite you to help us surpass that amount and make an even greater difference throughout Northeast Mississippi.
