Description
Carolinas CARE Bad Prom 5k
UPDATE - Packet Pick-Up is Friday, June 1 from 5-8 pm at Unknown Brewing 1327 S. Mint Street in Charlotte!!!
This fun run has it all!
-Costumes! Wear a bad prom dress (or make a running costume out of one!), a tiara, a tux t-shirt, your Prom Queen sash, big hair - whatever you remember (or imagine!) wearing!
-Selfie stations at every mile with your favorite BAD PROM backdrops!
-A great course - MCAlpine Greenway is a fun, fast course with one challenging hill in the middle but lots of shade and a nice wide pathway through the woods!
-No pressure - we aren't timing you, no one is following you to tap you out - walkers welcome! - and we make sure every athlete makes it in!
-The amazing DJ skills of Byrdhouse Entertainment spinning your favorite BAD PROM tunes! (Make your requests in the comments!)
-A t-shirt for every athlete! A medal for every finisher!
-A great cause! Carolinas CARE Partnership is an HIV non-profit service organization that provides HIV testing, linkage to care, case management, mental health, and housing services to the Charlotte region!
