The Go Jen Go Foundation is a Charlotte, NC area nonprofit providing critical assistance and family support to those facing the financial burden of a breast cancer diagnosis.
Go Jen Go’s Patient Assistance Program helps cover household expenses including housing, utilities, transportation, and groceries/necessities while a patient undergoes breast cancer treatment. In addition, our Mood Williams Camp Scholarship fund provides camp opportunities for our grantees’ children, while our Operation Spread the Joy Program uplifts families impacted by breast cancer by delivering gifts during the holiday season.
The organization was co-founded by Joe & Jen Pagani, a Charlotte mom who saw an unmet need in our community during her 6 1/2-year battle with breast cancer.
With over $1.95 million granted to local patients, Jen's legacy continues as we help cover the day-to-day finances so families can focus on their fight against breast cancer.

$25 level [Supporter]: Provides a breast cancer patient with essential and comfort items during treatment. (Thank you for providing support to others!)
$50 level [Advocate]: Provides transportation for a patient to/from chemo treatment. (Thank you for the ride!) + Pick up your beverage voucher at packet pick up!
$100 level [Friend]: Provides needed groceries and healthy meals to a patient and their family. (Thank you for giving food to others!) + Pick up your logo'd Go Jen Go Item (tbd) at packet pick up!
$200 level [Champion]: Provides a breast cancer fighter with utility assistance. (Thank you for helping keep lights on!) + Pick up your logo'd Go Jen Go Item (tbd) at packet pick up!
$500 level [Patron]: Provides rent assistance for a patient fighting breast cancer who struggles with affordable housing. (Thank you for helping cancer patients with a place to live!) + Pick up your logo'd Go Jen Go item (tbd) at packet pick up!
