Jones Family Scholarship Reindeer Run 5K

DESCRIPTION
Thanks to your incredible support last year, the Jones Family Scholarship Reindeer Run/Walk 5K is back! The race will once again be held at North Henderson High School on December 24th at 9 AM. This is a fun run/walk, so all ages and skill levels are welcome...as are costumes! The North Henderson Cross Country trail is primarily wooded with portions of the race on pavement. Register by December 20th to receive our early bird rates of $20 per adult and $15 per person under the age of 18. On December 21st, registration prices will increase to $25 and $20, respectively. All children age 3 and under are welcome and free of charge. Participants will receive a tobaggon hat, and are highly encouraged to wear their most festive gear! Afterwards, please join us in the North Henderson gym for snacks and refreshments.

ABOUT
The Jones Family Scholarship was founded four years ago to create a scholarship that helps one graduating senior of North Henderson High School follow their dreams at a 2 or 4 year college of choice. Recipients must exhibit need, as well as leadership qualities that demonstrate a willingness to give back to their community and mentor future scholarship recipients.

Isaac Dalton, Kaylene Lee, and Leah Pryor are the first three recipients, and there aren’t three better people to have representing the fund and our family. All funds raised by the Reindeer Run will go directly into the Jones Family Scholarship, increasing not only the funding for our current award winners, but our future recipients as well.
