Purple Martin Fabulous 4 Miler

This year's Purple Martin Fabulous 4 Miler will support the fundraising efforts to construct a memorial picnic shelter in Kiwanis Park in memory of a fabulous man Eric Wells. Eric was a supporter of the ROC Race series, a member of ROC, a Rutherfordton Kiwainian, Scoutmaster of Troop 132 here in Rutherfordton, a businessman, father, and husband. His memory will forever be in our hearts and we hope that we can all leave a little trace on the race this year to support this wonderful cause. We encourage you to add a little to your race this year by donating to this community shelter in honor of Eric.
