Our mission is to help those suffering from TBIs and funding further research in this field. We believe if one life is save, the hard work is worth it!
Jace was in a very serious car accident on December 27, 2020. Among many other injuries, he suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). I was out of work for 3 months taking care of him because he could not be left alone. He had to be cleared by many doctors, none of which were for his mental health. Jace struggled with his feelings and impulse control. He reached out for help many times! Jace sadly took his life on Mother’s Day, May 8, 2022. He didn’t even have a chance! Not even a year and a half after his accident and he was gone. My child, gone forever! He was only 20 years old. I believe if he would've been presented with TBI Aftercare, he would still be alive.
