All on Paved road- Montgomery St /Mt Rutsen Road from Astor Dr. to Ferncliff Forest and back. Paved road course out and back. Gentle rolling Hills.

Awards
Awards to top 3 overall male and female finishers, top 3 male and female age group finishers. All Kids under 10 will receive an award.

Before the Event
-If you have COVID related symptoms please stay home. Symptoms include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle
Rolling Start
-Choose your rolling start time online prior to race day. Please arrive as close to your start time as possible. Allow a little extra time if you need to pick up your bib morning of.
-You will have a 10-minute window to start your event. The rolling start will help from congregating at the start line and avoid overcrowding during the run. We have chip timing so when you cross the start mat your race will officially begin, and it will end when you cross the finish mat. Your time will not necessarily be the time displayed on the clock.
Start Line
Located just to your right as you leave Olsen Park.
On Course
-When passing another racer, please announce your presence and intent to pass. Try your best to socially distance on the course.
Finish Line
-Once racers have finished your event, we ask that they do not gather in large groups finish line.
-Results will be posted online the same morning.
-We ask that all spectators maintain proper social distancing from the runners during the event.
