The Cohanzick Zoo strives to be a sanctuary for all types of animals, not just the typical exotic ones you’d expect. From our humble beginning as a home for a displaced herd of deer, to our current list of residents ranging from Bengal Tigers, a raccoon, to even a common box turtle, every animal that comes to us is given specialized care to thrive in its new home, potentially even getting a second chance at life.
