TCNJ's Alpha Phi Omega and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) are proud to invite you to participate in our Annual 5K and FunWalk Event this year benefiting the Active Minds organization, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of mental health among college students!
Bring friends and family along to support this great cause that our organizations feel strongly about and hope that you will too!
Registration: 8:00am
5K: 9:00am
FunWalk: 9:15am
Please note: Any people who register AFTER September 23th may not receive a shirt, because we have to place an order in advance for shirts.
Light refreshments will be provided after the race and there will be a water station along the course!

5K Course Map
Course Description: Runners will begin outside of Paul Loser Hall and continue down Metzger Drive, passed Lake Ceva
and Lake Sylva. Runners will follow the loop around D Street and return back to Metzger Drive, continuing to
C Street. Runners will reach the lot outside of the Brower Student Center, return back up C Street, and follow
Metzger Drive back to Parking Lot 3 (next to Paul Loser Hall).
Along the course there will be three EMS squads standing by as noted on the map. At the first and third station there will be water available for racers to hydrate themselves.
Parking Information
Guest parking is available in Parking Lots 5,6, and 7 and is located off of Metzger Drive across from Campus Town.
Registration
Registration for runners and walkers begins at 8:00am outside Paul Loser Hall by the start line. Participants are
advised to arrive early to ensure parking availability and prompt start times for the event.
5k Awards
Medals will be given to the top three finishers in the following age groups:
18 and Under
19-25
26-35
36-60
60+
Fun Walk Course and Information
The Fun Walk consists of a 1-mile walk through the College of New Jersey (see map below).
