This April, athletes from local communities and all over the tristate area will be traveling to Manahawkin to compete in the 1st Annual Miss Stafford’s Run to Wellness 5K. These athletes will vary in abilities from the highly competitive to the new runner looking to complete their first 5K.
We are currently looking for sponsorships and donations to help make this event a huge success for our community, competitors and local charity.

Please know that in addition to advertising and promoting your business, your generosity means so much more. Money we raise from this year’s event will benefit The Maximilian Foundation, a non-profit organization, which is dedicated and committed to supporting programs that work with Children and Adolescents’ insecurities through Counseling, Substance Abuse Awareness and Education.

Description of Sponsorship Levels:

Presenting Sponsors (Exclusive to 3 Sponsors)- $1,500

Largest logo on race shirt and volunteer shirt. (Front and back)Business name and logo on race banners,     with language reading “The 2016 Miss Stafford’s Run for Wellness 5K presented by “Presenting Sponsor” (see below examples)
2 free individual entries or 1 free relay entry to Miss Stafford’s Run for Wellness 5K
Opportunity to set up promo/info table/ tent at race site on race day 
36” x 24” printed signs (with statistics and/or quotes) will be placed along race route with a sponsor’s name and logo on bottom.
Business logo or name included to all media coverage as Presenting Sponsor.
Included in email blast to participants advertising your business as a Presenting Sponsor.
Brochures, business cards, materials in event registration packet (-250 bags)
Business name, address, phone number and web address listed in an Event Brochure given to each participant in their registration packet. 

Gold Sponsors (limited 6 sponsors) $500 or more

1/3 logo in relation to Presenting Sponsors logo on race shirt, volunteer shirt.
1 free individual entry to Miss Stafford’s Run for Wellness 5K 
36” x 24” printed signs (with statistics and/or quotes) will be placed along race route with a sponsor’s name and logo on bottom.
Brochures, business cards, materials in event registration packet (-250 bags)
Business name, address, phone number and web address listed in an Event Brochure given to each participant in their registration packet.

 Silver Sponsors (limit 10 sponsors) $250 or more

1/6 size logo in relation to Presenting Sponsors logo on race shirt, volunteer shirt.
36” x 24” printed signs (with statistics and/or quotes) will be placed along race route with a sponsor’s name and logo on bottom.
Brochures, business cards, materials in event registration packet (-250 bags)
Business name, address, phone number and web address listed in an Event Brochure given to each participant in their registration packet.

Bronze Sponsors $100 or more

Business name printed on race shirt, volunteer shirt.
Your business name, address, phone number and web address listed in an Event Brochure which will be distributed to each participant via their registration packet.
Food/beverage donations valued at $100 or more (ie:  post-race food, bagels, bottled water, etc.)
Business name printed on concession stand signage and in an Event Brochure which will be distributed to each participant via their registration packet

A $99 or less donation will include:

You can also be as Supporting Sponsor:

A Supporting Sponsor provides event support other than in a financial way.  Sponsor level will be determined by the value of support given.  Some support opportunities are listed below.  If you have a service/product to offer the Miss Stafford’s Run for Wellness 5K we will be happy to discuss that with you.

**If you are unable to participate financially, volunteers are always needed and greatly appreciated on race day.  Volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt and have the opportunity to experience the action up close.
