Join us for a fun morning celebrating the holiday season in Medford Lakes!
5K Details:
The 5K route is a USATF chip timed certified course through the picturesque community of Medford Lakes. The route will be decorated for the holidays.
5K race starts at 8:30 AM. Runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome! The first 400 participants will a pom pom winter hat. And, all participants will receive a pair of jingle bells to tie to their shoes.
Awards to top male and female and 3 deep male and female in the following age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. **And don't forget our recently added categories - "Stroller" category (awards for top 3 runners pushing a stroller) and "Most festive" category (awards for participants who are most festive)!**
Bib pick-up is taking place on Friday, Dec. 15th from 4-7 PM at Running Co. of Medford at (62 S. Main Street, Medford, NJ) and then also day-of on Saturday starting at 7 AM.
Gingerbread Kids Run details:
The "Gingerbread Run" will start after the 5K concludes at 10 AM. Kids 10 and under are welcome! The kids route will be a short run/walk - approximately 1 kilometer. All participating kids will receive a medal and cookies!
