Description
Come get active and support Crockett Middle School by participating in the school's First Annual Cougars Fall Crawl 5K walk/run. This year the fun run is completely Virtual. This means you can complete the 5K Anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill. Whether you walk or run--it's your choice. Register as an individual or join a team.
Complete your 5K (3.1 miles) race between November 13-November 30. Take pictures during your run and share with us! We may not all be able to be together physically but we are still one big Cougar family!
Map Out Your Course: Looking for a tool to help you set your own 5K course? We recommend Map My Run, which will enable you to create your own route or choose from popular nearby routes as you plan and train. On Race Day, use any of your smart devices along with the app to track your route progress and time.
