Jamaica Independence Foundation Inc. (JIFINYC) presents our 1st Annual Virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk event. JIFINYC is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization whose mission is to the invest in the human capital of our country, an investment that is guaranteed to be positively impactful in the lives of those who are most underserved. Our events focus on helping women and families who have experienced crisis situations find a safe haven and support our youths in enhancing their academic skills and athletic abilities. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness about the impact of breast cancer. Our JIFI FUN RUN/WALK fundraiser event will have a focus on donation to a charity in supportive of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
