JINGLE BELL JOG 5K AND RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN

Hi,
As we draw closer to the Holiday Season, we are planning for the JINGLE BELL JOG and RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN!
 
In addition to organizing this healthy, environmentally friendly and challenging event…year after year have helped to raise funds for Team Red, White and Blue. A charity that assists combat wounded veterans along with food donations to help our neighbors in need with our partners at Island Harvest Food Bank.
 
We are hoping that you'd be interested in sponsoring our event...
 
We have five sponsorship levels available: 

Premium Sponsor: $1000: Signage at the Start / Finish / Water Station along with logo on top location of the participant shirts and registration portal...plus 10 free entries into the race

Start & Finish Sponsor: $700: Signage at the Start and Finish along with priority location on shirts and registration portal...plus 6 free entries into the race.
Start or Finish Sponsor: $350: Signage at either the Start or Finish along with large logo on shirts, portal and 4 free entries

Mile Marker Sponsor: $200: Signage at one of the miles along the course, logo on shirts, portal and 2 free entries.

Participant Shirt Sponsor: $150: With your $150 sponsorship you will receive 2 complimentary entries into the race to give to whomever you like along with your logo on all of the participant shirts and on the registration portal with a clickable link. 
 
We announce all of our sponsors at the event and in the pre/post-race emails sent to each of the participants. As always, sponsors are invited to setup a table / tent at the event to handout whatever you’d like! 

Sponsorships can be paid directly through the race portal...just scroll down to choose your level of sponsorship. If you prefer, checks can be made out to “Strong Island Running Club” and mailed to Strong Island Running Club, 22 Buckingham Meadow Road, Setauket, New York 11733

Please bring a non-perishable food item to this event to participate in our ongoing effort to help ISLAND HARVEST feed our neighbors on Long Island. Collection bins will be located at check-in on race day! All who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry!
