Middleburgh Sloughter 5K

Donation Goal: $5,000

Middleburgh Rotary Club is committed to the restoration the historic fountain in Memorial Park to full working order before the 100th Anniversary of its dedication, slated for May 2025. The fountain was moved to Memorial Park in 1925, to honor WWI veterans, and its location is significant because the park held, and may still hold, the remains of the soldiers and militia who defended the Middle Fort during the Revolution. Civil War veterans were in attendance when it was originally dedicated in 1925.

We are designating all proceeds from this year's races to this project and sincerely appreciate any additional donations received from participants.
