The 2026 NYC Spring 5K & 10K races are in support of the amazing non-profit organization, Spanish Women's Society. The Spanish Women Society is a nonprofit corporation founded in 2024 by a community of Spanish women living in NYC. They are a growing network of all professionals of all levels and ages, working together and committed to promoting the integration, support, and leadership, for all women in the city of New York. SWS are all volunteers who share the common goal of enabling and empowering women to reach the highest levels of potential to develop their skills, voice their opinions and pursue their ambitions. SWS has a diverse board of eleven women and eight active committees that organize initiatives and activities related to literature, film, galleries, opera, dance, marketing, real estate, and running.
