This race is a fundraiser for the TCRC shoe program.
Any middle or high school student participating in track or cross country is provided training shoes or spikes paid for by the club if they do not have the means to obtain them on their own. We believe strongly in this program and hope this race will go a long way to providing running shoes to area kids!
