Rolling Thunder Special Needs Program (RTSNP) is a one of a kind nonprofit (501c3) organization dedicated to providing challenged individuals with the opportunity to successfully take part in all levels of mainstream running, walking, or wheelchair racing. All Chapters of Rolling Thunder are members of USA Track & field in each chapters respective locations.
