LIV LOVE RUN 5k

We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor, donor and/or volunteer of 4th running of the Liv, Love, Run 5k  on Saturday, October 5, 2024 starting at 9 a.m. at the campus of Silver Creek Central School. Part of the proceeds for the event will go to fund a scholarship in honor of Olivia Coia, former teacher and student at Silver Creek Central School who passed away in 2010 after a battle with cancer. The remaining proceeds will benefit the Silver Creek/Forestville Cross Country Booster Club.

Your sponsorship/donation helps to defray the cost of organizing the event.  Funds received from sponsorships are used to purchase items for registered race participants including awards, complimentary drinks and snacks for each race participant.  Any additional money from sponsorships will help go toward our fundraising goal of $5000 this year. 

With this in mind and our need to start preparation for this important fund raising event now, we are asking that you take some time to review this information and let us know very soon if you can help us host a successful race.  Please feel free to share this information with others too!

Here are our sponsorship levels, however any donation amount will be appreciated and accepted! 

Black Knight Pride Sponsor ‐‐ $150 or above: Listed as Race sponsor on Facebook with link, name on back of T-shirt, opportunity to speak at opening of race, Promotional materials in race packet, special PA announcements mentioning sponsor name during and after the race, 2 free entries into the race.

Finish Line Sponsor ‐‐ $100: Name prominently displayed below the finish line clock, name on back of T-shirt, 

Swag Bag Sponsor ‐‐ Responsible for providing printed material bag for all race participants which includes adding promotional item (at least 200 items)                                                          

Mile Marker Sponsor ‐‐ $50 each: Name will appear on one mile marker sign, which will be prominently displayed at the 1 mile mark, 2 mile mark or 3 mile mark.

Water Station Sponsor‐‐ $75: Name will appear on a prominently located sign at water station

Food Sponsor:  Donating food such as pizza, bagels, fruit, granola bars.
