Blue Rock 5K Run

Join us Saturday, October 1st at Blue Rock State Park, Blue Rock , Ohio for the first ever Blue Rock 5K Run. Walkers are welcome! Just 20 minutes south of I-70 and downtown Zanesville, off State Route 60, Blue Rock State Park offers camping, a 15 acre lake, and miles of hiking and bridle trails in beautiful Blue Rock State Forest. Park information can be found at www.ohiostateparks.org. Visit one of Muskingum Counties best kept secrets. 

WHEN/WHERE

Saturday, October 1st. Blue Rock State Park is located at 7924 Cutler Lake Road, Blue Rock, Ohio. Registration and parking is across from the Camp Store/Beach House. The race starts and finishes from the same location. Camping is available for $17 per night/per site. Contact the Park at 740-674-4794 for details and stay after the race for the annual Fall Campout with games and family activities, live animals, crafts, trick-or-treat in the campground and watch a movie under the stars. 

RACE COURSE

Runners and walkers will run through several scenic areas of the park. The race route includes both road and trail running along several wooded trails. Race starts and finishes in the same location.

Saturday, October 1st at 9:30am

AWARDS

Awards will also be issued to the Top Male and Female Overall Finishers and Top Male and Female finisher in each of the following age categories: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+   

RACE RESULTS

Results will be published on our website at www.muskingummultisports.com following the conclusion of the race. 

RACE PACKETS

Your race packet will include a Unisex race-shirt with the official race logo. Packet pick-up and Race Day Registration will start at 8:00am at the parking lot near the Camp Store/Beach House at Blue Rock State Park.*Participates who register by September 23rd will be Guaranteed a Race Shirt.
