This event is our run/walk event to support Ellie's Foundation. Come join us for some friendly competition and fun for the whole family! This a great event at a beautiful setting. We will again this year offer 2 distances for walkers and runners, a 4 mile and 10k distances. All proceeds go to support the mission of the Ellise Brown Foundation... Saving KIDS from SIDS!!

Commemorative T-shirts are optional and available for purchase for only $5 while supplies last. If you would like a shirt, we encourage you to pre-register so we will have your size available. 

Registration Fee:

Adults 19 and Over - $20 through Thursday, September 6, 2018 and $25 thereafter 

Kids 18 and Under - $15 through Thursday, September 6, 2018 and $20 thereafter

Registration includes chip timing,refreshments and entrance to the park.

Race day registration is available from 7:30 am - 8:45 am at the venue

 

Chip Timing

This year's race will be professionally chip timed by Running Time Race Services with Ipico shoe tags. All Times will be read electronically. You do not have to have a tag to participate but you must have a tag to receive a time. To receive a time, you must properly attach shoe tag to your shoe. No tag, no time! Shoe tags will be distributed on race-day only. Tags are re-useable and will be collected at the finish line. If you are given a tag, you must agree to return it for reuse. Check out the video to see how to properly attach your timing chip.

About Miami Whitewater Forest
4,438 ACRES | 9001 MT. HOPE ROAD, CROSBY TOWNSHIP, OH 45030

Miami Whitewater Forest offers a visitor center with nature displays and a gift shop. The park also features multiple trails, including the paved 7.8-mile Shaker Trace trail and 1.4-mile Parcours trail, as well as the 1.7-mile Badlands, 0.8-mile Oakleaf, 0.6-mile Tallgrass Prairie and1.4-mile Timberlakes nature trails, plus two horseback riding trails. Visitors can enjoy a 9-hole disc golf course and play or practice at the Miami Whitewater Forest Soccer Complex in a men's, women's or co-rec league. Shelters, picnic areas and a youth camp area are reservable. The park also includes an 11-acre dog park with play fields, an all-season area and a dog agility course.
