The Amazing gRACE 5k was founded by a Jefferson student athlete who wanted to use her gift of running to glorify God. She, with the help of her parents, family and volunteers at her church (Jefferson Church of the Nazarene), started the Amazing gRACE 5k in 2019. Each year we choose a different recipient of the proceeds. In 2019, after all expenses, 100% of the proceeds went to the Manna Pantry at the Lutheran Church in Jefferson. 2020 - The Mya Women's Center in Ashtabula, 2021 - Lake Area Recovery Center , 2022 - Treasured Kids, 2023 - Supplies for the homeless community, 2024 - Operation Lotus. 2025 proceeds recipient is TBD.
