About the Run 

Ben Curtis Family Foundation
Imagine growing up and not knowing when or where you’ll get your next meal. Now imagine how you can make a difference in the lives of these kids when you support the Ben Curtis Family Foundation. Our Birdie Bag and Birdie Bin Pantry programs are successful because of the support we receive from our community members so we hope you can join us for our 2nd Annual Rough Rider Run. This run/walk will help the continued support for these programs. We hope to see you at the finish line! 

Started in 2019, our annual Rough Rider Run 5K seeks to raise awareness about childhood hunger in our own backyards. Be a part of the solution! Rough Rider Run is both a 5K race and a fun run, so bring your whole family and join ours as we race for an end to the hunger epidemic in America. All proceeds help the students served by the Ben Curtis Family Foundation in Kent, Ravenna and Barberton, Ohio. Together, we can run childhood hunger out of existence!

Registration

Registration will continue through April 19, 2020.  Registration must be turned in before that date to guarantee your t-shirt. Registration is permitted the day of the race at a new price... Rough Rider Run ($30.00) and Fun Walk ($20.00).  Registration will take place at the Adam Hamilton fitness center.  Be sure to arrive early at least 30 minutes prior to your run/walk.
