Description
The Matt McLeese Mission Run was established in memory of Matt McLeese, a Perry Local School Teacher and Coach who was killed in an automobile accident. Matt had a heart for missions, willingness to serve God, and a love for running and teaching. Funds raised through this race have aided in building the "Matthew House" Dormitory for the Kweli Center in Tanzania, Africa where Matt had planned on teaching. In 2015 a scholarship for Perry Cross Country and/or Track Runners was also established. In addition this year, we hope to raise funds to supply a new water system for the Kweli Center in Tanzania along with scholarships for the Kweli Center teachers to expand their teaching skills.

Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be on race day starting at 7am until start of race at Pfeiffer Intermediate School's gymnasium. Race day registration is also available from 7-8:30. Cost on race day is $35 for 5K, $25 for 1 mile.
AGE Based Pricing
This year we have age-based pricing. Ages: Under 10 - $10.00; 11-14 - $12.00; Ages 15-18 - $15.00. Price increase after Dec. 29.
