Thank you in advance for supporting the Air Force Junior ROTC program at Green High School. Each year, the program continues to grow in popularity as more students recognize the unique combination of academic, physical, and character-building opportunities it provides.

JROTC cadets participate in rigorous training that strengthens their leadership skills, discipline, and teamwork. The program is known for its competitive excellence—cadets regularly compete nationally in both athletic and academic challenges, showcasing their physical endurance, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence. Additionally, many cadets participate in national drill team competitions, where cadets demonstrate precision, discipline, and pride through highly coordinated routines.

A core value of the ROTC program is service to others. Cadets devote significant hours each year to community service, giving back to local organizations, schools, and civic groups. They also play an active role in supporting and honoring our local veterans through volunteer work, ceremonies, and partnerships with veteran-focused organizations. This strong emphasis on community engagement helps instill a deep sense of responsibility and appreciation for those who have served.
