Wilson Log House

The Log House Committee is a group of parents, teachers, and community members that are dedicated to the restoration of the McAdow-McAdams Wilson Log House, located on the property of Wilson Elementary School in the West Allegheny School District. It was built around 1774 and renovated by the original log house committee in 1986. This allowed the log house to be enjoyed by generations of Wilson students, creating forever memories and fostering countless hours of hands-on learning.

Our beloved log house is in desperate need of repairs and updates, which, when completed, will once again allow students and teachers to use this historical gem for learning and recreation. Every dollar donated will get us one step closer to reaching our goal!
