Donations benefit individual scouts in the Boy Scout Troop directly. The funds assist with defering costs for summer camps and high adventure trips. Many of the kids earn 100% of their travel through the troop fundraisers like this race. To participate in any travel activity or camp, the individual scouts must earn 60% of the cost of the activity. These donations will go directly to the scouts helping at the race.
