Thank you so much for participating in the Oreland 5k!

EONA, is again hosting this event in honor of Aiden Coyne with all profits going to the Histiocytosis Association (HA).  The HA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and education to patients and families dealing with histiocytic disorders in the United States.  The HA also provides fundraising for numerous research grants in hopes of finding a better treatment option and cure for this rare blood disease.  Histiocytosis is a rare disease and affects 1 in 200,000 children yearly.  Because it is rare, it is considered an orphan disease and is not eligible for government funding and support.  Therefore, all research and grants are privately funding and those proceeds are raised by families and friends just like you.  (Please visit the HA website at for more information on this disease)

The ORELAND 5K will honor Aiden, a resident of Oreland, PA who has been affected by Langerhan Cell Histiocytosis.  We are excited about the participation and support that our community has to offer!  The Oreland 5K has been able to raise over $70,000.00 in the past 9 years for the HA!
