NEPA Green Fair & 5K Run / Walk

Join NEPA Green Fair for a family fun 5K Run / Walk to celebrate our environment around Earth Day. Your participation supports local environmental groups:The Greenhouse Project and SEEDS, and helps sustain NEPA Green Fair, the regions largest outdoor celebration of healthy, sustainable living.  

Saturday, April 27th 
Nay Aug Park, Scranton, PA (meet at The Greenhouse at 200 Arthur Ave).  
Sign In: 7:45am - 8:45am  
Start Race: 9am  
 
Fees:   
$25 early registration (price includes guaranteed t-shirt) 
$30 for anyone signing up after April 10th * 
* T-shirts are on a first come, first serve basis . We will order extras, but we cannot guarantee quantity and sizes to those signing up after pre-registration.
 
Awards: Participation awards include: eco-friendly race t-shirts, swag bags, and medals for you to take home after the race. 

The race will be chip timed and have awards for overall male and female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers and for each age division.

 
Please Bring: 
1.) Water Bottle- you will have the opportunity to fill up at our reusable water stations  
2.) Gently used athletic sneakers for a recycling program  
3.) A friend or team to run / walk with (optional, but encouraged)   
4.) Any money for food or items  you would like to buy at the Green Fair 

*After race, stay for the Green Fair (10am to 3pm) to enjoy a variety of eco-friendly vendors, sustainability presentations, demonstrations, kids activities, local food, live music, yoga, and more. 

*In addition, you can enjoy Everhart Museum's free community day, also located at Nay Aug Park.
