Saint Joseph's Center in Scranton has been the marathon's charity since 1996.
The Center strives to provide individuals and families who have special needs the opportunity to develop their abilities and potential to the fullest extent possible. Saint Joseph's does this through residential, community and home-based services, outpatient therapy, maternity, family and adoption services.
Since 1996, thanks in large part to contributions made by our runners, the Marathon has donated more than $2.1 million to Saint Joseph's Center.
