Proceeds from this year's Gold Rush Race Event will benefit Camp Anderson. Camp Anderson is a local camp in Tyrone, built in 1926. In all of the Camp Anderson's years, it has never seen as many people as it does today. With a record number of visitors to the camp, it is now needing to improve its infrastructure. Focusing on the septic system to keep up with the influx of campers and in addition a new storage facility to house equipment needed for the property.
