Description
4th ANNUAL TIOGA COUNTY Special Olympics 5K RACE
The 3.1 mile course loops through the back streets of Wellsboro, starting and ending at Packer Park. The course consists of pavement, except for the start/finish area which is grass. Supports year-round sports training and competition to over 150 Tioga County athletes.
