Move IT! Family Fun Run/Walk 5K

This race coincides with HopeHealth and Long's Drugs third annual Health & Harmony Festival. After the race, join us in downtown Florence on Saturday, August 10 to celebrate healthy living in the Pee Dee. This free event will feature local organizations poised to equip you and your family with the tools necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle. Back by popular demand, the Move IT! Family Fun Run will kick off the festival. Both runners and walkers are encouraged to get moving in this no-pressure 5K for all ages. At Health & Harmony, members of the Pee Dee community will learn about eating healthy on a budget, participate in exercise demonstrations, receive free health screenings, and peruse locally grown fare all while enjoying the sounds of local music and entertainment. Children are invited to play in the Kids Zone which will feature fun ways to get active. The day promises to be full of excitement, prizes, and fun for the whole family.
