The Y is one of the nation’s leading 501 C 3 nonprofits committed to strengthening communities in the areas of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn and grow.
The YMCA of Coastal Carolina, founded in 1983, annually serves more than 10,000 individuals with a continuum of educational and recreational programs that foster growth in spirit, mind and body. Income-based rates are offered on a sliding scale for programs and membership.
