Enoree Haunted Wine Run 5k

The William C. Blackmon Athletic Memorial Foundation was created when we lost Will to a fierce battle with COVID in 2021. Will was a football letterman at Newberry College and was most recently the President of the NC Athletic Board as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Having been a past football player and with a son currently playing football at Newberry College, a new stadium has been a huge passion of Will's and our family's. Athletes for the past 10 years have been promised a new stadium and it is time to make it happen. Our family’s hope is that the William C. Blackmon Athletic Memorial Foundation can be instrumental in catalyzing the building of a new stadium so that the Athletes at Newberry College, in the near future, can play in a state-of-the-art facility. In addition to brick and mortar, we hope to assist with other athletic projects, as well as provide a scholarship for an upcoming football player.
