Ann Higginbotham, a life-long educator in Campbell County and Middlesboro City
Schools, passed away in September of 2016. The proceeds of this run will benefit
students from Campbell County High School and Anderson County High School
(where her daughter spent 18 years as an educator). All monies raised will go
toward the Ann Higginbotham Memorial Scholarship Fund.
