First3Years is the go-to non-profit organization for infants, toddlers, and their families in the state of Texas. Our mission is to educate, advocate, and collaborate to advance the healthy development of infants, toddlers, and their families. We achieve our mission by educating early childhood professionals in best practices, advocating for policies and practices that support the healthy development of infants and toddlers and collaborating with like-minded agencies to create systematic change for children.
