Permian Basin Be the Change is a non-profit organization that inspires students to be the positive change in their lives and the lives of others.
➢ BTC believes that all kids deserve an opportunity to be the best version of themselves.
➢ Provides programs that build trust, offer tools for goal setting, mentorship, and leadership skills.
➢ Through community partnerships, we provide students with essential resources to assist them in overcoming whatever obstacles they face and empowering them to succeed in life.
➢ Participants improve in each of the five emotional intelligence core competencies: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social skills, and empathy.
Be The Change is committed to bringing healing, hope, and connection to our teens in the area.
This is achieved by working with students through a program called The Power of 1, which delivers 10 one hour weekly educational sessions. Be the Change has successfully impacted thousands of teens in the Permian Basin and the goal is to continue to reach more!
Texas Warrior Mudout is an obstacle course challenge that not only hugely benefits Be the Change Permian Basin but, also, provides a healthy opportunity for community, teamwork, and facing adversity head on.
