The 456 Church is prepping their missions program for 2026, and this year’s race gives you a chance to be part of it. If you’d like to support their upcoming trips, you can give directly to the mission fund. Your donations help provide scholarships, travel costs, and basic needs for team members who are stepping out to serve - so they can focus fully on spreading the gospel near and far. Every gift, big or small, helps someone go.
In 2024 the Four56 missions team was sent to South East Asia where they got to work alongside a team that has spent years learning the language and culture to build deep relationships with the people they are ministering to. The team did house visits, sharing meals and telling stories of our savior. These were places where evangelism, and converting to Christianity, is highly illegal so caution and creativity had to be used in conversations while still being bold in sharing the Truth.
The missions team will also be in Phoenix, AZ in January 2026 where they will be partnering with a ministry to bring the goodness of Jesus to refugees. Phoenix is a hub for tens of thousands of refugees, mostly from war-torn nations. The team plans to share of the love God has for these refugees through welcome/assimilation classes, home visits, and kids programs!
The missions team at The Four56 is just getting started and couldn’t be more excited for and expectant of all that God has in store. Outside of “trips,” the team will be doing local outreach/service in San Angelo and surrounding areas year round, joining other organizations and ministries in what they have planned as well as getting creative as a team in how to share the goodness and grace of Jesus.
