HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR EISENHOWER PARK
In Honor of Rob Shaver, Founding Rocky Horror Trail Run Co-Race Director
Eisenhower Park is a 420-acre natural area managed by the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department. While conservation of its native habitat remains the park’s highest priority, it also offers miles of natural and paved trails for the community to enjoy and serves as an important connection between the Leon and Salado Creek Greenways.
This year, we are proud to dedicate our fundraising efforts to the memory of Rob Shaver, founding Rocky Horror Trail Run Co-Race Director, who passed away earlier this year after a courageous 20+ year battle with cancer.
Rob helped create and shape the beloved Time Warp Loop, spending countless hours building, maintaining, and enjoying the very trails that have become a favorite among so many runners. His passion for Eisenhower Park, the San Antonio Natural Areas, and our trail running community continues to inspire us.
Throughout this year’s event, you’ll find Rob’s memory woven into the race—from our logo and participant shirts to our race bibs—but our greatest tribute is giving back to the park he loved so deeply.
Your donation will directly support trail preservation, maintenance, and improvement projects at Eisenhower Park and throughout the San Antonio Natural Areas network, helping ensure these special places remain protected for generations to come.
Thank you for honoring Rob’s legacy with us and for supporting the trails that meant so much to him. We look forward to seeing you on the Time Warp Loop. 💖
