The Transplant Association of Texas, dba Transplants for Children (TFC), is a 501(c)3 health and human services nonprofit housed in San Antonio, Texas, serving children and families statewide. Our agency offers five programs geared at empowering children and their parents/guardians and family members to master the lifelong challenges associated with pediatric organ transplantation.
