The YMCA of Greater Houston is the 4th largest YMCA in the country with an expansive 10,000 square mile service area that spans 11 counties encompassing:

- 1 Overnight Camp & Conference Center
- 39 Outreach Sites
- 200+ After School & Early Care Sites
- 4 Adaptive Sites including 2 Miracle League Complexes
