5K For Health Run/Walk

This is a fast easy shaded course out and back, down the park trail. There will be timeing and awards for overall, masters , and age groups. Walkers are welcome too!!!! There is a price with or without t-shirts. We are a local fitness company that helps raise money for varrious causes. There will be race day registration 7am for xtra late charge cash only. Causes include and not limited too mans and womens homes, missions, and providing goods and services that would not otherwise be available.
