Our goal for Stride for Safety is to raise $9,595 for Friends Against Family Violence (FAFV).

This number is more than a fundraising target—it represents the 9,595 acts of service and moments of support provided by FAFV. The number reflects the services delivered, individuals supported, hotline calls answered, bed nights provided, and direct service hours given by dedicated staff to help people impacted by family violence.

Behind every number is a person who reached out for help, a family seeking safety, a call answered when someone needed support, a safe night provided, or a staff member showing up to help someone take their next step forward.

Our 5.5K is 3.42 miles. Our fundraising goal is $9,595. And every mile and every dollar represents a step toward safety.
