Actual: Out & back 10K on the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, a beautiful abandoned 2-lane roadway paralleling the canal a few feet away. Race venue allows for a socially-distanced run with the race capped at 220 runners & 30 volunteers. Covid-19 safety protocols including temperature checks and face coverings required pre and post race for runners and during the race by all volunteers. Online registration only and packet pick up on race day from 7:00-8:45am. Awards for 10-year age groups will be announced virtually and available to pick up starting Friday, November 27th.
