Rappahannock CASA speaks up for the safety and well-being of children who have been abused or neglected by their parents. The children are in foster care or otherwise involved in court cases because of the trauma they’ve endured. Judges appoint CASA to investigate the children’s circumstances and help steer the children toward safer futures. Our advocates get to know the children, examine their needs and make recommendations about where they can safely live. We prioritize children’s safety and help guide them to stable homes and healing services.
