The High Bridge Trail West End Waddle 5K in memorial of Ralph M.Hamlett

This is our sixth annual race. There has been a slight change in the race name to make it easier to find online! The High Bridge Trail West End Waddle 5K in memorial of Ralph M. Hamlett. As stated in the name the race will begin at the western end of the High Bridhe Trail. Start time is 9:00 AM. September 12th. This is a fast out and back, very flat packed gravel trail course. Runners of all abilities and walkers are welcome. Keepsake finisher awards and cool tie dyed t-shirts will be awarded to all participants. Trophies will be awarded for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as over all fastest in age groups, and dogs.
Electronic Timing and scoring will be done by Jeremy Ramsey 

Online Registration is via the links below now through September 11th. Paper registration is through race day.

Packet pick up will be at the Pamplin Depot on September 11th from 2:00-7:00PM and race day packet pick up will be at the start from 7:30-8:30AM. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Pamplin Area Legacy Supporters.
