My Village Northwest’s mission is to create an environment in which Can Do happens every day by improving health, safety, and quality of life of individuals with intellectual or developmental disABILITIES.

Organized by My Village Northwest, the annual Can Do 5K Fun Run is so much more than a race. At its heart, it’s a celebration of our awe-inspiring participants as they run/walk/roll to the finish line and their supporters--over 1,600 people! As we come together virtually, we bring awareness to what kids with special needs face and focus on what they can overcome. Then we take it a step further: We raise the funds that provide essential programs throughout the year. Let’s be clear about this: The Can Do 5K is the sole fundraiser for My Village Northwest’s programs that support individuals with special needs and their families and make our community more inclusive.
