Youth and Family Link provides a comprehensive program to ensure that children and families have access to, and receive, primary health care and mental health care. Programs are developed through cooperative planning with community groups and local providers in the healthcare and treatment fields. Exercise, diet, education, positive socialization and best practice treatments help youth and families to live healthy lives.
