Washington Miles for Midwives 5K

Join at us at the beautiful King County's Marymoor Park for a morning of fun and fitness. All are welcome at this event, so bring friends, family, and your favorite midwife. This 5K celebrates midwifery in Washington state. Proceeds benefit the Washington affiliate of the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM) and the Midwives Association of Washington State (MAWS), who will donate proceeds to scholarships and an emergency fund for midwives who are suddenly unable to practice due to illness, injury, or accident! In addition, 10% of all proceeds will be donated to Families of Color - Seattle (FOCS).

Run or walk at your own pace. Strollers and dogs are welcome! After the run join us for a raffle! Raffle items include massages, gift cards, pregnancy/parenting supplies, discounts on classes and memberships, handmade items by local artists, toys, decorations, books, and more!
